FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Indianapolis, Indiana and yes I love to travel! If travel is part of capturing your story, a travel fee will be included in the session quote. Pricing will vary depending on where the event will take place. No worries, though I will promise to find the most economical travel options!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all of your photos within maximum 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on the package you chose, you could receive 10+ images. For Family and Newborn portraits, the standard package starts with 10 digital downloads included, with an option to purchase additional digital images at $9/image. For Real Estate, images you will receive a full album highlighting your home to assure increased traffic to the home's listing. For Documentary sessions, you will receive no less than 50+ fully edited images in your album (this will also greatly depend on the project).
how will the session work?
Our first contact will be fun introductory and to give you the opportunity to schedule your photography session. We will discuss the vision you have for your photo shoot and can choose to have a shared Pinterest board created. I will share outfit styling suggestions and tips, if needed, and will be available for questions all the way up until our scheduled session.
During the shoot, I will do my best to keep you calm, comfortable, the kiddos entertained, and move quickly. When on location, I will have a couple of areas identified, ahead of time, for you to choose. We will create a few posed or candid photographs in each spot. Parents, please know that I have two young sons who usually do the opposite of what I ask when I have the camera in my hands! I love to let your kids be kids and in doing so, I have captured some of my favorite images as I see the most loving, silly, sweet moments emerge. So please, don't worry about any sort of behavior, we will work through it all!
